Day 01: Arrival in Kathmandu ( 1300M), transfer to Hotel
Day 02: Preparation of the trek, explore the town
Day 03: Drive to Soti Khola by private jeep  [710m/2329ft] 7-8 hours

Manaslu Circuit with Lax I did the 13-day trek with our porter, Bikash, and guide, Laxman. Maybe it was the serene landscapes, mountain air or the asceticism of having dahl bat for lunch and dinner, but something in me softened and I grew to love these two men. Laxman, a mountain man by nature, allowed us to peer into the subtleties of Nepalese life with an authenticity unmatched by other companies. From letting us try the local ferments, introducing us to our cooks each night or sitting by the kitchen fire with the locals we were certainly given a unique experience.
